Eurotunnel and pets

We got an email recently from Eurotunnel saying they have a new pet check in building which is a drive through. I'm guessing they just hand the scaner out for you to scan your pet yourself like on the ferries?Anyone used the new check in building and if
you can get a car and caravan through the drive through?
