After all the recommendations I have received on this site I thought it was my turn. After 6 lovey weeks in France 3 campsites stand out. Thie first was Saint Jean in Moustiere-Ste-Marie, at the foot of this Plus Beaux Village, a lovely lady owner, good
facilites and not far from Lac Ste Croix. Then was Les Pinedes at La Colle sur Loup, again it was the owners who stood out. Gd facs, pool, lovely surroundings. Buses left from the villiage, great for visiting Nice, St Jean de Vence and other villages. Also
gd drives to Gorges de Loup. Finally Camping Simondson in Plat (ardeche) found in the ACSI Little Campsites, high in the hills overlooking the Rhone at the end of the road to nowwhere! Only for those who like peace, quiet and walking. Again it was the wonderful
owners who made it special, there was a lovely heated pool and a restaurant on site. Bruno kept pool heated right to the end of the season and delivered your bread to your outfit every morning. Anyway hope you all had good summers and here's to the next!
