    To the OP - your Clarity card can be used for cash withdrawals but you pay interest immediately. Get around that by paying your credit card bill on line - the day before you want to withdraw.

    We did two comparisons about exchange rates - cards, cash, pre paid etc -
    read this if you want     the figures. The Clarity is ACE!
