Ssangyong voucher problems

Hi - has anyone tried to take Ssangyong up on their offer of a site night voucher if you went along for a test drive? We did, went for our test drive on 24th May & haven't heard a dicky bird, even after 2 emails & 2 phone calls. Makes you wonder what the
after sales service is like if they can't even do this well. I wondered if anyone else has had the same problem & if so, how did you resolve it? Thanks.
