Suitable Towcar with Tow 'A' Frame

Hi,

We have a BESSACARR E795 (4,000 kg
MTPLM) fitted with a tow bar with a max load of 1650Kg. We are thinking of selling our motorcycle trailer and scooter and change to a
TowCar fitted with 'A' frame.

The car must be suitable for everyday use when not being towed and be roomy enough for my 6'2" frame. Ideally with folding down rear seats to carry our 2 dogs in. 

I quite like the look of the Ford Fiesta (new shape) But disappointed by some of the misleading MPG. Advice please.
