Camera Monitor for a 10 year old Bessacar

We have bought a 2005 van, there is a connection/plug etc and stand for a monitor and the camera is on the rear, but the past owners didn't know where the screen was. I thought it owuld be asy to buy a new monitor, but the new ones are all four-opin connections
and the one on our van appears to have ten pins.

Is it posible to buy something that converts from four to ten pins or vice-versa ? Or does anyone know where I could get a monitor for the van ?
