Stopover site around Dijon?

We are heading down to Clairvaux Les Lac area in France from Calais and have already booked an overnight stopover at Viviers Aux Carpes (as recommended on here).  We want to do another stop around Dijon (preferrably not south of Dijon).  Any recommendations,
something cheap but clean.
