Towing With A New Car

Hi all,

We're getting a new car, does it need running in before starting to tow with it. There is nothing I can find on the manufacturers site or elsewhere that says one way or the other. I know they don't need running in like they used to, but I would have thought that
a  new engine is bound to be a bit tight and need a few miles to bed in ?
