CL's in Europe?

I'm planning a European holiday based around two rallies. The first rally ends in Jard Sur Mer (Vendee, France) on 5th August. The second runs from 9-21st August and is at Gutshoff Badhutten (Near Lindau, Germany). The distance between the two is around
760 miles, and would obviously need to be split into stages. Can anyone recommend CL type sites between these two locations please? It wouldn't have to be on the shortest route - in fact it would be nice to take in part of Switzerland. In addition, I wouldn't
have to make the second rally on its start date.

     Also, on the return journey, it would be nice to tarvel up the Rhine before the return ferry trip from Calais. Again, can anyone recommend CL type sites on this route please?
