CRV cdti Clutch Problem

When depressing the clutch pedal , some vibration is felt through the pedal also a grinding type noise is heard. On take off the car drives OK untill clutch is pressed to change gear then similar symptoms going through the box. Could this be the thrust bearing ??,which obviously means a new clutch. Anyone any ideas of cost ?
