Using Indicators !

I have already a thread on drivers not indicating their intentions ( unfortunately it seems to have disappeared ) it really annoyed me when drivers seem to think you know where they are going. But during the course of today I encounter 2 police vehicles
that didn't  bother either. Unbelievable ,!!
