Help! Members Offers - 'Scratch Removing Compound'

Help. Can anyone remember the name and manufacturer of a ‘Scratch Removing Compound’ or polish that was a ‘Member’s Offer’ in the Caravan Club Magazine quite some time ago. It claimed to work on any colour of paintwork by allowing the paint to ‘bleed’ back
into the scratch for a permanent repair. I didn’t need it at the time but noted it by using a ‘Post it’ on the page. However since then all my old mags have been thrown out and I have been unable to find the product by searching back copies of the magazine
on line. I have a metallic black vehicle which a vandal threw an egg at and this has left a crazed starburst of scratches where the egg smashed! Failing this can anyone recommend a similar product. Thanks in anticipation.
