Back in Time for Dinner

Did anyone watch this programme on Tuesday evening?  We recorded it so have only just watched it and thought it was excellent.  The decor and fashions were spot on and the family dealt with all the rationing.lack of foods they are used to and general lack
of conveniences with great humour.  It brought it back home to me how different life was only 60 years ago.  Though I do have to say that my mother made liver and onions look and taste much more appetising than the poor mother did on the programme!
