Tolls on German Autobahns

We are setting off in 2 weeks heading for Tuscany, travelling through Germany and Austria (a route we have done before). I'm sure I have read recently that the German Government has passed a law for charging tolls on autobahns. I can't seem to find any info
on the internet and wondered if anyone has any other info? Just so we are prepared.
