New Parking Rules on site

Hi folks, have spent a lovely wknd at Pandy  club site lots of snow and wind!! On arrival we were told that all c.c sites have a new parking policy...tow vehicles have to be parked across the front of your van if you put up an awning if no awning you can park along side your van!! Apart from the obvious obscuaring of views a saftey issue   must be a concern here!! If road ways are congesded by vehicles how are we going to pass with ease and saftey ? what about children and pushbikes and general movement around the site? Would love to hear your views.
