Approach to Eure et Seine Pont-de-l'Arch

This seems to be a popular overnight stop and I was wondering about access to the campsite as some roads seem quite narrow. Looking at Google Earth it seems that you can turn left immediately over the main river bridge, from the north, and get to the campsite that way although there is a tight lefthanded swing to get along the riverside. Any views on this approach or any other suggestions?
