Stopover required from Bilbao to Salou

Hi Has anyone found a good night stopover we will be travelling from bilbao to salou April next year, one poss near the ap68 or ap2 (clean toilets a must) we have looked at camping navarrete but to near bilbao, need one about another 100 miles away
