Anyone in Switzerland in early June this year might be interested in this http://www.gottardo2016.ch/en  An opportunity to visit the opening of the longest rail tunnel in the World. Its been 17
years in the making.

    An interesting website and an amazing feat of engineering. I was not planning to drive through Switzerland this year but since we're leaving Italy on 4th June I'm now tempted to change our plans and go to the open weekend.
