Red Squirrels

We spent the last few nights in a lovely forest site near Aberfoyle. 

 

We  were priveleged to see red squirrels as they ran among the fallen leaves and moved from tree to tree.

 

A  first for us, was when one of them became very vocal and called out as it climbed into the safety of the branches.

 

Great  to watch their climbing skills.
