Lights on in Switzerland

Not sure whether it's been mentioned on here before, but we picked up  a leaflet at Sempach giving information that lights are required at all times now when driving in Switzerland. During the day, new style day-time lights are adequate except in tunnels,
when dipped headlights are mandatory.
