Should the members be kept informed

We all know that the CT software is not working properly. It has been hinted that sometime  in the future someone will look into the many failures. We. as members would like a timescale as to when the site will improve.  Surely in a professional organisation
there is someone responsible for the efficiency of each section so lets hear from that person what is planned and when it will be implemented
