Moderators having to move posts again and again..

Almost daily, the Mods have to move posts from one  to another section. Having looked at those posts it has become apparent that the reason members post in allegedly the "Wrong Section" is NOT the fault of the members, but that the section headings are unclear
and ambiguous.  It is not rocket science or even primary school science, to fix this,all that is needed is for those who administer this forum to spend a few hours re organising the headings.
All it needs is for someone at CT to actually own the problem and fix it.  Why is this not being done ?.
The moderators give of their own time freely and should be congratulated, they should not be burdened daily by something which is so easily fixed.
