Failing to use a member's screen name.

We are seeing many instances where, instead of using members screen name, posters are being referred to by  names which bear no relation to any previous post. This must be very confusing to new members and those who dont post very often. 

 Everybody has a chosen screen name, I see no reason not to use it.
