Problems with new WiFi System

We are currently at Baltic Wharf. I have just purchased a full years WiFi on the Club website. I have had an acknowledgement from Paypal confirming payment but no other acknowledgement from the Club or Air Angel that I have made a payment. Thinking that
access would be immediate I have so far been unable to log in. (I am currently use my mobile phone as a modem using a 3G connection) The website won't allow me to log in using my registered log in details. What am I doing wrong?
