Can I tow it?

I've ordered a new caravan, with a MIRO of 1218kg, MTPLM of 1376kg

My current towcars towing limit is 1300kg

I'm planning to replace my current car with a better one more suited to the new caravan once I find one suitable for all my requirements.



however, if I don't find a car in time for the collection date, can I use my current car ( I know it'll be a 93% tow ratio based on the empty caravan) just to get it home, or will I be breaking the law?
