Does the C&CC offer better value with their WIFI

On a ccc site  you go to the site office, pay 2 pounds and you have full 24 hours of uninterrupted Wifi. With the CC you have to pay with your credit card on line for a number of hours which sometimes allow the user to disconnnect and sometimes doesnt. What
do members think is the best option.
