Looking at changing our sky HD box to a 2tb box (holds more stuf), but existing customers have to pay £249 for it , new customers only pay £49, so i rang them and said i want one but not going to pay £249 , what about customer loyalty i said , the guy said
i will pass you to our other team , to cut a long phone call short ,i got the box for £49 and they have taken 25% off my monthly bill for 12 months, a result
, so it pays to question !!!
