Well, two new Freelanders and two new Witter detachables with this one just under 2 years old and it has started to 'clunk'.
Over very bumpy roads where the caravan does a 'negative' tow weight (on the rise) it actuates some play in the detachable resulting in a 'clunk' heard inside of the car, but as long as there is positive noseweight its quite happy but its being changed under warranty.
I have never experienced it before and whilst knowing it won't become detached, I'm not happy with a replacement so Witter have agreed to replace with a fixed swan neck , well done Witter.
