Can anyone give any advice on

1.Draining all the pipes from a caravan for winter

2. Is there a reliable gauge to determine the amount of gas left in a cylinder? (We bought some stick-on ones which are useless)

I have seen references to products for both these matters - but can't remember where. Would appreciate members' experiences.
