Which type of caravan jack

Hi. I am new to caravanning and am really confused about the type of jack that should be used on my van. I have just purchased a 2012 Sprite Muskateer which i think has an Al-ko chassis. The manual seems to advocate a side lift jack or 2t scissor jack. But
reading on various forums people say these are not safe and a bottle or trolley jack should be used. We will be using it for tyre changes if needed rather than major caravan mainentance etc. Any help would be appreciated.
