What Can Be Different ?

I've just got four quotes for having my twin electrics on the car converted to a 13 pin socket. The prices seem vary varied for what is the same job. Can anything be different other than the first and most expensive one that said that they always do a complete
rewire. This was £100.00 inclusive.

The others were £90.00, £54.00, £50.00.  Which one should I go for ?
