Best route please to Chateaux de chanteloup

Hi we are off to chateux de chanteloup near Tours, in a couple of weeks, does any one know the best way from the euro tunnel,  ive heard of a fire around Rouen but I dont know if it effects where we are going, as we are not familiar with the roads in France
as only been once before.Thanks
