An extended trip to Europe

Hi all, we are going to Europe for 11 weeks, and have booked on the channel tunnel with our Tesco vouchers, it's such a bargain really, because it's just shopping that gets you the points! We celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary in April, and this extended
trip is our "cruise", and it's something we have wanted to do for many years. We are seasoned travellers to France, having taken holidays there since 1990. However, we intend to visit Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, and of course France.
If anyone has any tips for such a long trip visiting many countries, we would be grateful to hear them.
