TV Satellite system which is best ?

Hi all, was wondering if anyone can give me some advice? last year we spent four months travelling through europe without a telly, now Im not a tv addict by any means I always find things to do, but just on accasions when the weather bad  I did yearn for
a bit of Tv, we have a very nice Tv in the van with free view , but we do not speak much French so was unable to follow any  of it.

We do not wish to spend a lot of money as I know you can spend a fortune on such things, so any advise on what to buy? what works abroad best ? I would love to hear from you we just need something that would give us a few english channels, we  dont need
