Fernpass 2016

We are planning to Lke Garda via Austria and the Brenner Pass. The Brenner Pass is not a concern, but wondered if anyone has recent experience of the Fernpass. Have seen some reviews from 2013 that suggest it's fairly easy, but wondered if it had changed
since...roadworks, restrictions etc etc..
