Can't change my profile....

Can any computer/internet techie help please?

I am running Windows Vista on a laptop and I can't change my profile, having tried many times over a few weeks. Not aware of any other prolems with this laptop.

I can access it and then edit it, then when I press the red button I just get "page not found".

Anyone any ideas what might be wrong?
