CL near Brecon

Can anyone give me an opinion of the Cambrian Cruisers CL at Llanfrynach, near Brecon?  An overall rating would be great but in particular how sloping is it (it says blocks required) and is the shower/toilet block of acceptable standard?

Alternatively are there any other recommendations for CLs near Brecon, preferably with a toilet?
