I have just tried to get an online quote for a ten week tour of France Germany etc. Only to be informed that and I quote "Sorry, we cannot currently provide quotes for policies which have a trip date starting after 31/12/2014."

Just what is going on here I need to assess basic costs yet the "Club" are unable to provide the information I and others require.

I was told on the online chat line I could ring in for a quote, so if the information is available now to club staff why is it not available online to members, the mind boggles.
