Gas conversion

hello all.

I'm shaping up for a first over winter in southern Spain and in the process of info gathering.

i have learnt that calor swap is not an option and that there are two solutions.

1. Buy a local cylinder and regulator on arrival and give it back when leaving or,

2. Convert to camping gaz which is readily available all over Europe.

Option 2 seems the best to me as I can continue to use them if desired in the UK, I know they have a higher freezing temperature than calor but that wouldn't be a problem.

so, what would I need in terms of regulator or regulators assuming I had 2 cylinders and pipe connections to my existing calor system.  Also, would the fridge, water heater and cooker be happy running on gaz as opposed to calor?

your help would be appreciate.  In case this changes anything, I have a Lunar Clubman SB.
