CL charging for extras

whilst browsing cls to see where to have an October holiday I noticed some now have a price for the pitch then add price per adult,child, awning & dog, is this just a couple or will more cl owners start following this? Luckily we always read the prices before
phoning the cl then ask if the price is correct so we wouldn't turn up & be surprised at their prices but I think ill stick to cls that just charge the pitch price as past experience at them has ever given me reason to complain
