Confidence improving

I have just replaced a mixer tap in my caravan toilet. This may seem straight forward to some but for me it was a struggle. Its a 1993 swift rapide and there was no markings on the wiring to highlight which wire was earth. So it was really a hit or miss.
Whilst doing this I realised that if I didnt fix it the shower would also be out of action so the pressure was on. Im rubbish at diy so it was a nice sense of achievement when the water began to flow. Isnt it funny how the small things can make a big difference.

Does anyone else struggle with jobs like these ??? or is it just me.
