Where's the Promotion for Scottish CC

I have noticed recently that the Caravan Club  are offering the following offers:-

* Midweek Discount.

* Kids for a Penny.

* £11 pound a night.

Although they are fantastic promotions, but none of them are in any Scottish CC site. This is very disappointing. Is there a reason for this? or is North of the Border just the forgotten land?
