Problem with M1 Single Truma Mover

I have had an intermittent fault, which has now turned permanent.There is no radio signal between the handset & control unit.Batteries okay in handset, and leisure battery is new and fully charged.Tried reset button without success.Disconnected the battery,
which originally cured the fault, but now has no effect.Have contacted A & R Elec.Development in Hednesford, Staffs. They seem fairly confident they can sort out.Has anyone ever used this company, and if so, were you happy.They tell me that they originally
made the circuit boards for this model.
