Safefill, Gas Low and Bulkhead Regulators

Many will remember the issues with the early Truma bulkhead regulators with an oily substance gumming up the works.

Various theories followed from plasticisers in pipework to contaminated LPG.

Has anyone had any issues with Gas Low or Safefill and the newer regulators?

I ask this because the evidence is pointing to contaminated LPG. Safefill and other tanks filled from the forecourt pump have no filters. I note that car LPG have filters and Gas Low, Truma and Gas IT have all recently introduced in line filters.

Is there potentially an issue from unfiltered LPG in our Safefill, Gas Low systems?
