Satellite TV systems

currently in France and have missed keeping up with UK news programmes. So considering getting a satellite dish, most vans and motorhome appear to have them on the sites we have been on... A quick look on eBay shows them for about £80. Including cables,
stand, dish and a sky box,( we have sky at home). Any recommendations or advice is appredicated.. We are caravan era and not in a motorhome if that makes different to equipment
