Benie Ecclestone pays an official bribe to have a case dismissed, are there too many apparent official bribes. You can get planning permission in unzoned areas by paying planning compensation, the so called reason is that it compensates the area for losing the facility for which the zoning applied. The Bavarian court apparently has the power to dismiss cases for a payment if there is doubt that a full conviction is achievable. This does seem to me that justice in some cases can be purchased if you are rich enough, not something we need in the UK.
