Buying Car Insurance prior to travel thru Bosnia

Hi,

I am planning next years trip to Croatia and Montenegro.I have my car insurance with the Craravn club and they have just told me I cannot get cover via a green card for Bosnia even though I mentione this before
taking out the insurance. Has anyone being able to purchase cover prior to commencing the trip.Thank you in advance
