I think I've discovered a new CL USP...
I think I have though of a new CL unique selling point.
I LOVE CLs, and have always stayed on them by preference, and have seen many outfits and spoke to many people. I have also read many things about club pitches.
So something struck me.
Some CLs are completely geared up and friendly to big american RVs. Why not have a symbol in the book, or a magazine spread, for which sites are best for RVs.
Some RVs have told me they get turned away when they turn up, charged extra (same 16amp hookup, same 2 peoples water).
And...
What about pop-out/ 5th wheel friendly. Some people have said that the club site pitches are too small for eterniti et al. So again, why do an article or symbol.
Most CLs ive stayed on are very spacious. The hardstanding is sometimes real concrete, and quite spaced out.
It will be too hard for the bigger sites to extend the pitches to accomadate this trade, so this must surely be a potential growth area for many CLs
