Dogs-away gone away?

I am trying to book my dog in to see a Spanish vet prior to returning home from a holiday next month.  I have filled in the booking form on the Dogs-away website, as recommended by the Club.  But no response.  Have followed up with an email using their site's contact form.  Again - no response.  Has anyone had any contact with them recently?  Is there another similar service one could use?
