CC overseas ferries Harwich Hook Holland- issue

I have tried to book hook of holland ferry for 2017 on CC site and still does not work. I know there are ferries as 2 weeks ago I called the CC overseas line to get quotes and ferries are availableto book online with Ferry direct.

Can CC fix the online tool or do we have to call to book and check prices?

I think this was flagged as an issue a couple of weeks ago on this forum.

I was/am able to do this but others can't so I am wondering if its the browser or soemthing that some use.  I tried on both google chrome and IE 11 and it was OK.  I did book direct in the end as it was around the same price but you got a gold ticket instead
of flexi, you can just call the CC and they can do it for you if its urgent.

As MT we can also get a price but would call, or live chat, CC as you can also confirm that discounts have been applied.

I e mailed Stena to ask when I could book for next year . They said not untill the end of October . I don't know if clubs can do this sooner though .

Can book day crossings no problem, it's just night passages next month that are a problem.  It doesn't matter if I use my desktop, I pad or Samsung phone still get the same message which indicates there is no availability but when I check with Stena there
    is plenty of availability

Just booked my return (daytime) by Direct Ferries, over £20 cheaper that club for premium ticket plus lounge.

    Hi all,

Apologies for the delay in fixing our overnight Stena Harwich issue.  I appreciate it has been ongoing for some time but it was a complex problem that stumped our techie team.  I`m pleased to say that it has now been fixed so you can book all sailings, day
and night, online.  Also the 2017 Club offer is up and running and you can benefit from 10% off the Stena Economy vehicle fare and have a free upgrade to their flexi fare conditions. We`ve also got additional offers on these sailings:

Harwich-Hook:          Daytime sailings = free caravans / motorhomes at car rate (only 50% off caravans in July & August)

Cairnryan-Belfast:    Tues, Wed, Thurs = free caravans / motorhome at car rate

Liverpool-Belfast:    Sat & Sun 10:30 sailing = free caravans / motorhome at car rate

Fishguard-Rosslare: All Year =  50% off caravans/ motorhome at car rate.

    Kind regards.

    Kimberley.
